What Does myON Do with the Result of the Interest Inventory?

The information gathered from the Interest Inventory is used only to recommend books to the student based on what areas they have chosen, from highest to lowest interest.

The Interest Inventory is used along with scores from the student's assessments (myON placement, Star, or Lexile®, if available), the student's grade, previous books read, and book ratings to recommend books to the student that fit within their interest and/or range and grade.
