When District Administrators log into myON, they can see a dashboard that shows them information about their students (by grade), buildings, and student achievements. District Administrators can go back to this page by selecting the myON logo at the top of any page.
The top of the page shows you how many buildings, students, and faculty you have in myON, the number of books that have been finished this school year, and the time spent reading this school year.
By default, the page lists your grades. For each grade, you will see the number of students, the number of books students in that grade have finished this school year, and the time they have spent reading. You can sort the information by any column by selecting the column heading; select the heading again to switch between ascending and descending order. Click the number of students for any grade to see a list.
To see information building by building instead of by grade, select the By Building tab above the table. For each building, you will see the number of students and faculty, the number of books finished this school year, and the time spent reading this school year. You can sort the information by any column just as you can when you view information by grade. Click the number of students or faculty for any building to see a list.
No matter which table you view, you can download a .csv file of the information you are seeing by selecting Download CSV at the bottom of the page. You can open the file you download in your spreadsheet program.
